Four steps from bingle to collection

  1. Assessment

    Drive in during assessment hours, no booking needed. Can't get in? Send photos through the form and we will estimate from those.

  2. Insurance approval

    For insurance work, we send your insurer the quote and photos it needs, and repairs start once they are approved. Tilt tray towing can be arranged for non-drivable vehicles.

  3. Repairs

    Your car is repaired to factory standards in our Artarmon workshop. Timing depends on the damage and parts availability, and we keep you updated along the way.

  4. Collection

    You collect your car once the work is finished. Eligible insurance repairs carry lifetime cover, logged on our system.

Before you bring it in

What people ask most before their car comes to us.

Do I need an appointment for a quote?
No. Drive-in assessments run Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm at 32 Whiting Street, Artarmon. Saturday visits are by appointment only. If the car is not drivable, call us and we will arrange a tilt tray to bring it in.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on parts availability and the extent of the damage. We give you a realistic timeframe with your quote and keep you updated while the car is with us, so you are never chasing for news.
My car can't be driven. What do I do?
Call us on (02) 9439 4414. We arrange modern tilt tray towing from your location to our workshop, and for insurance claims the towing is usually covered by your policy.
